"Claire Fowler "L-O-V-E""

Spread some love this Valentines day with Claire Fowlers' stirring rendition of "L-O-V-E."

Written by Bert Kaempfert and Milt Gabler for Nat King Cole's last album before his death, "L-O-V-E" has been covered countless times, however the bright, heart-felt ease that Claire Fowler brings to this wonderfully irreplaceable song is like new life after the dead of winter.

"AP& R Claire Fowler"

At age nine, Claire Fowler got into music via professional theatre; by age 13, she had
picked up the piano and guitar. And “somewhere around 15, I was at a jam session with
these crazy-talented musicians who could play anything on the fly,” she says. “I just knew
this is what I wanted to do.” The Dallas-based singer/songwriter—who says her “soulful-
pop” sound evolved thanks to her time in the theatre, because she was “surrounded by
amazing jazz, R&B, indie and pop artists and musicians”—recently released an “eclectic”
debut EP, My Quiet Riot. [MC] - Alternative Press
