Bio
Claire Kelly is a singer/songwriter and guitar player residing in the beautiful city of Milwaukee as she attends Marquette University. Her music has an upbeat acoustic flavor with melodies and lyrics deriving from her own experiences and the stories of those around her. She has recorded three full length albums over the past four years and is currently receiving airplay on 102.1FM and 106.9FM.
This past summer Claire was employed as an entertainer at Lakelawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin and The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wisconsin. Claire is a member of the Midwest Artist Network which led her to writing the song 'Just Try and Stop Me' for the Midwest Artist sampler CD.
In the summer of 2011 she won the Milwaukee Summerfest Songwriting competition with the wonderful support of friends, fans and family. This involved an original composition written for Summerfest, voted on by the public. She is extremely grateful to all of those who support her music & dream.
