In the Toronto bar scene, with a ton of great bands, there's still a bit of a room for a straight rock sound that doesn't pander to the lowest denominator or require you to be a snob to get it.
Dave and Fabian have played the scene for years and have never lasted more than a year with the same group of guys. December 07 marks Clang's 5th year with the same line-up (except for a keyboard guy we had an artistic problem with and had to beat senseless). It says a lot about the Phil and Steve's tolerance for abuse, but even more about how the right combination has finally
