*****
One of Clark Richard’s first experiences on the big stage was his portrayal of Tiny Tim in the musical, A Christmas Carol. When asked by his mother what his favorite part of the show was, Clark responded, “When I get a hundred claps.” Little did he know he was performing nightly to sold out crowds of over a thousand who, without fail, met his final bow with a standing ovation (See YouTube’s “Vintage Clark”). Although Clark’s focus eventually shifted from acting to music, he has never lost his ability to entertain. Don’t be surprised if you are at a Clark Richard concert and he jumps into the crowd to lead the audience in the electric slide, or breaks into a song from a Disney classic. But that ability to AMUSE a crowd should never overshadow his ability to MOVE a crowd with great songs that continually resonate with audiences.
Upon its recent September 2010 release, Clark Richard’s new EP “Kissing Kelley” bombarded its way onto the Top 100 iTunes Pop Albums Chart. Clark Richard’s songs, in hand with his live performances, are something to be reckoned with. Be sure to keep an eye out for this young twenty-something with the ability to move and amuse you.. Or to simply - MOMUSE you.
