Bio

Having shared the stage with bands such as Yellowcard, My Chemical Romance, Reel Big Fish, The Format, and Autopilot Off, power punk/pop misfits, CLASS CLOWN, are quickly becoming a band of national prominence. Hailing from the state of Vermont and armed with hits such as "It's Too Late" and "60 Seven," the band have begun their task of inundating the Northeast and the rest of the country with infectious hooks and an upbeat attitude.
Class Clown formed in August 2001 with brothers Billy and Timmy Wright at the helm. The band made some lineup changes along the way, but the brothers stuck together and with perseverance the two were able to assemble a truly impressive quartette. The camaraderie that the members of Class Clown share together makes the band click like no other; on and off the stage. The connection was made when guitarist Matt Ward became friends with Billy and Timmy in the local scene. Their bands played many shows together and eventually Timmy asked Matt to jam with Class Clown. The three connected musically in a way that the band had never connected before. Although things were going well, the three were still not satisfied with the enthusiasm of the other member. Matt had gone to the same high school as current guitar player Jeremy Sicotte and asked him if he would like to play sometime. The four played together, an inseparable link was created, and the rest is history.
In late 2002 Class Clown was discovered by LA producer Marc Jordan (Rock Kills Kid). The band recorded a ten-song album with Marc Jordan (which was finished in 2004) and began to shop the CD around in late 2005.

Class Clown has shared the stage with the following acts (to name a few):

Yellowcard
My Chemical Romance
