Clay Strat is a singer/songwriter with an alternative sound and a heart for storytelling. He is influenced by a variety of sounds across genres including pop, alternative rock, post-hardcore, rap and hip-hop. His songs convey the beauty of navigating through the chaos of life. When Clay is not filming his exploration of overlooked places, he is writing songs and looking to perform in the central Florida area. His influences are Paramore and A Day to Remember for the love of pop-punk/alternative or post-hardcore sounds. But he also enjoys classic folk rock like America and The Eagles. His sound tends to inherit post-grunge and pop-punk stemming from the Nirvana and Blink-182 days.
