Bio
One multi talented artist with a dream to not only be heard, but felt! Playing several instruments, as well as singing, rapping, and writing his own style of music, Clifton Derrell can expand, and appeal, to many different types of musical tastes.
Clifton Derrell started singing at age 4. Growing up listening to the radio constantly, and his grandmother's endless supply of 45's, Clifton began to mimic the songs he herd. From Atlantic Star, Bobby Blue Bland and Michael Jackson to The Rolling stones, Aretha Franklin, and The Fixx, Clifton's musical talent grew as he listened. Hip Hop took hold in his high school years. As a freshman, Clifton's rap skills developed in the lunchroom table, and yearly talent shows.
Clifton has opened up for artists such as Tech N9ne, Krs-one, Talib Quali, and Insane Clown Possie.
