"Avenel Soundtrack"

All of the music in this soundtrack seems, to me, as though it were written for the film. It captures the feel and the vibrance and the sheer desperation of a nation who knows that its days, and the days of the original founding fathers, are finally over.

The genteel culture, and the antebellum charm... the Jeffersonian view of the general government... and the loss

of national innocence... all of these feelings were captured

completely in the haunting strains, lovely melodies, and the uplifting crescendoes of these soundtrack works. I am very pleased with all of them. - e-mail from director

He had the privilege of studying with music masters , James Newton Howard, Randy Newman and took the first steps of his career as an assistant to Producer Orion Crawford.

LeFort relocated to Union, MO in 2001 where he continues to live and work to this day. Since then, he has recorded and released a slew of albums as Purple Moose. His work, as featured in Music For Films , Sense World and Intelligible World and New Life, run the gamut of styles including Classical, Baroque, Film, Contemporary Christian, Minimalist, Ambient and Electronica.
