CL Lindsay - Alcohol, Parties and the Law

This program is a party-throwers prep course, discussing everything hosts need to consider before they litter the campus with invitations and tap the keg. Pre-party preparations monitoring the party in progress, and post-party legal cleanup are all explained. Students are taught how to avoid every conceivable legal pitfall, including how to legally serve liquor, how to ask partygoers for monetary contributions, guarding against citations for serving alcohol to minors, avoiding unwanted attention from neighbors and others. The program also teaches students what to do if, despite their best efforts, the police do arrive.
