Conceived in New Orleans...just before the storm that would force them to leave for almost two years...Club Of The Sons began creating a genre all for themselves...drawing their inspiration from the most random of places within soul, hip-hop, and late seventies art-rock. After two nearly sold out tours with Mute Math and other shows with artists like The Whigs, The Cinematics, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, and Static Static and opening spots for The Walkmen, TV On The Radio, and Blonde Redhead as their pre-Katrina formation (Macrosick)....Club Of The Sons are paying their dues all the way to the front of the stage. Their currently in the studio wrapping up "BABY QUANTA"-set for August release on Teleprompt Records.
