A New Jersey-born and bred MC, with an intense lyrical style crafted over years of freestyling, battling, and songwriting. C-Mill began recording with his childhood friend Mar who introduced him to making mixtape cassettes at his makeshift home studio. There the two taught themselves how to write formatted songs, and form their styles. The group named N.S.N (Northside) was named after the neighborhood crew with whom they grew up with. Several years of recording local releases passed when C-Mill began recording solo mixtapes. Having gained notoriety from his peers for his lyrical ability through songs and freestyle battles, he began to take the music more seriously and started recording more polished, official projects. In order, "Tape Deck" (2009), "Death & Taxes"(2012), "Open Coffin"(2013), "MDK (Murder Death Kill)"(2014), and "Summertime Grind"(2014) all illustrate the progression of one of today's premier underground lyrical talents. Every project gives a different sound and direction making way for an originality that is rare in today's hip-hop landscape. The release of his first full-length album "End of An Era" serves as the culmination of years of dedication and passion for creating organic, original hip-hop. Teaming with producer and childhood friend 151, the two have come together to create a project that undoubtedly is ready to take the duo to a bigger platform. Self-recorded and almost totally self-produced, End of An Era is a keen display of MCing, beatmaking, and passionate hip-hop for the fans of the culture. C-Mill's mission is to be one of the most respected MCs and bring life to a stagnant genre. There is no doubt that he has the ability and from the looks of things, he is well on his way.
