Bio
I was raised in a small, southern gospel town where The Crabb Family and every other singing family ruled the airwaves. I stumbled on rap when I was very young. Listening to Will Smith because i was too young to listen to the raw stuff! I feel Rap was birthed in me at this point and I had to get more of it! Eventually I dove into listening to the likes of Jay-Z, Notorious B.I.G., Nas, Snoop Dogg, just to name a few! I wasn't raised in a bad neighborhood, a bad living environment, a separated home, or an abusive relationship. However, I was raised in church, and from an early age I seen the impact God's grace has on a family. As I grew older, i became rebellious of wanting to go to church and done my own thing. I never done drugs or anything crazy but regardless I was in sin. My testimony isn't a fancy proclamation of being delivered from heroine, alcohol, or standing in the trap selling crack. My testimony is that 2000 years ago God sent His son to die for my unrighteousness so that I could one day accept Him and His gift that I did not deserve. With that said, I took my love of rap, at 15 years old, and began my journey as a christian who uses hip-hop as a platform to preach the Good News. I'm 23 now, and God is still growing in me daily!
