Bio

Cody & Bj, along with Cheyenne, a live, beautiful, macaw parrot, have combined their love and concern for the planet, animals and kids, into interactive, rock and roll music shows for kids 2-12 years old. Beginning in 1992, when they blended their families together of 5 kids, they also blended their careers and created Cody & Bj Productions. Taking a huge risk, (do the creative thing or the practical thing?) they jumped into the creative thing and have never looked back. To Cody & Bj there's nothing better than singing and teaching about saving the rainforests, the oceans and all the animals, while dancing with kids. Cheyenne, a captive-bred, Greenwing Macaw, also helps to bring the message to the audience with her large size and bright colors.
Musical influences include: Jerry Garcia, Brian Wilson, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel and many other great musicians.

Cody & Bj have created fun, up-beat songs that adults appreciate as much as the kids.

Cody plays electric guitar during the shows and although Bj is a piano player she spends her energy in the show singing and interacting with the audience. Bj is also the trainer and care-taker of Cheyenne and Roxie, two beautiful macaw parrots.

Cheyenne helps to inspire and educate audiences to take an active part in helping to save the rainforests and the planet.

Although Cheyenne is extremely intelligent and could easily do many "tricks", her focus is to teach audiences to love and respect animals for their natural behaviors and to learn how to help them survive in the wild.
