Cold Weather Kids began as a passion project of Adam and Ryan when they both lived in Chicago. The duo moved to Los Angeles to further their career in the music industry and began playing around the city with various bands. During their time in the local LA band, Water District, they met the drummer, Erik Williams. After their time in Water District, the trio created Cold Weather Kids, the name coming from the three members all growing up in states with cold climates (Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado). The band solidified the 4-piece lineup by adding Chris on guitar in early 2019 and is currently writing and recording for the first CWK full length album.
