Bio
Wesley Cole Switzer is a Los Angeles based producer, engineer, and bassist.
As the owner of Milestone Studios, Switzer has been fortunate enough to work with many talented artists spanning all genres of music. Throughout 2012 Switzer enjoyed engineering and operating ProTools for Nickelodeon's hit TV show "The Fresh Band," brought to a nationwide tour which spanned 43 states and 122 cities while reaching 450,000+ fans in 170 concerts.
Berklee College of Music Alumni, Wesley C. Switzer also worked with well known acts such as Nickelodeon's own Victoria Justice and the entire cast of her show "Victorious." Meanwhile producing, engineering, and performing with other groups such as Jessie Payo, Parker Ainsworth, Emily Herndon & May Stands Still, Cole Degenova & The People's Republic, Lucky Diaz & The Family Jam Band, Tara Priya, Marga Lane, Laura Roppe, Jo Jamez, Brooke Parrott, and many others.
In 2011, in the midst of working with other artists, Switzer was able to perform with Jason Mraz, and work on recordings with Alysse Fischer, engineering them at Mraz's beautiful home studio. This same year, Switzer launched his personal group, the "Cole Collective" which he leads as bassist and M.D. The group focuses on funk, jazz, and groove music of all styles. Cole Collective features rotating players from the "Milestone Studios" family of session and live touring players, all of whom offer unique and incredible talents.
