Cole Fonseca

Cole Fonseca, 24 is a true prodigy. He is one of the youngest inductees to the Blues Halls of Fame this young man has already lived a life truly worthy of the blues. Mastering the harmonica at the age of 12, Cole has always demanded attention. At the age of 21 Cole was heralded as one of the most promising blues guitarist of our time. Cole has rubbed elbows with artists such as George Thorogood, Charlie Daniels, B.B. King, Prince and John Hiatt. You could say that he has humbly gained their respect.Cole has had the honor of sharing the stage with some of these artists.

On Cole's 23 birthday he was involved in a servere car accident leaving him with nerve damage to the arm jeopardizing his guitar career. Now at 24 he will participate as a contestant for the Sonny Boy Williamson Harmonica Competition. Where he is expected to place in the top 10 in the world.

After Cole's life changing car accident, AC Myles stepped up to the plate with his guitar in hand. Mastering Cole's guitar style and sound and taking it to places Cole never imagined. A.C. Myles, guitarist, singer and songwriter, is reminiscent of greats in the taste of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Rory Gallagher and Eric Clapton. He is one of those performers, that once seen on stage, you'll never forget. As an entertainer, A.C. Myles is an interesting observation. Vividly entertaining in person, often times appearing as if the world could be falling down around him as he play, himself far to entranced in his musical prayer to notice it was happening. All the while his veracious smile rarely leaving, only to disappear in the occasional facial cast of throe. His dedication to progress, perform and nurture the American music forms introduced to him in his youth is uncanny, only exceeded by his undeniable human talent, along with an overall sincerity that's very conjoining.

Phil Santellan, another old acquaintance who has toured the southwest moved down from Portland Oregon to see his father and play with Cole. His phrasing and his tone are masterful and up to professional standards. Phil has been a great influence and holds a lot of the responsibility for helping Cole come out of the dark, laying down solid bass and putting up with Cole, his friendship has been very genuine.

Gabe Riley is a prodigy on his own. He began his playing career with Cole at the age of 18. Now at 22, living up to his influences including Dennis Chambers, Carter Beuford among other jazz drummers he is as good as drummers come. His drumming increases the dynamics of the band and adds a colorful taste. Making this band a non-typical Blues Band.
