“Grab your MP3 player, CD player or anything you can because these five guys from the south that make up the band Colorcast Veteran are going to rock your life! With their absolute love for music, their new album, 'No Pride Among Lions,' just released this last year which still continues to impress new listeners, it comes as no surprise that they caught our attention as well. Mixing in all types of rock genres from pop punk, screamo, and indie, to metal and southern rock, that each member of the band brought into the mix, it is more clear that this band from the south is on their way to the top. Keep an eye out for them if your in the south this summer. As they tour across the bright sunshine beaches of Florida and South Carolina which will be sure to set the tone for one memorable summer to come - brought to you by the guys of Colorcast Veteran.” - www.myspace.com/localpromosouth

Bio
Colorcast Veteran, a Louisiana-based band, has been noted for blending elements of all types of music to create their unique sound, including aspects of progressive, indie, pop punk, metal, screamo, and southern rock.
In 2007, Colorcast Veteran proudly finished a six song EP with the hope that it would serve to pique interest in anyone who may have stumbled upon it. Their music is intended to be sincere, amusing, and bursting with energy, as is evident at any live performance, and as the band grows, so does their sound. Believing they have evolved from their 2007 CD, the guys have been feverishly writing new tracks for future recordings. The latest recording of the EP, "The King | The Queen | The Guillotine," is sure to amaze any present and new listeners. Warrior Sound, located in Chapel Hill, N. C. recorded their latest tracks, and turned the guys into solid recording artists. Check it out, for real!
Over the last few years of its life, the band has built up a fan base that they absolutely adore. You know who you are. As such, they are hoping to embark on a journey that so many bands have traveled before them, trusting that their dedication will be rewarded.
They are truly a band so eager for their future, appreciative of their past, and living in the present. A sincere thank you is extended to all of the bands and individuals who have showered the guys with support thus far.
