Bio
Colored Black and Blue founded in the Summer of 2009 is a solo project founded by Cody Clements and based out of the small town of Palm City, FL.
After playing in numerous local bands ranging in an eclectic mix of genres and success, best known for his role in Constella an indie rock electro band which played dozens of shows in the state of Florida and toured Europe with “Operation Mobilization” in 2007 and head lined the Christian Rock festival “The Big Gospel Festival” in Reykjavik, Iceland in 2008, landing their picture on busses and radio interviews.
However, longing to be behind the sticks and in the seat again, Cody has since formed Colored Black and Blue to explore, and cultivate his musical creativity to new heights, with no limits, and big dreams, Colored Black and Blue is seeking to redefine solo-artists with a laptop, piano, drum kit and vocal chords. With a highly anticipated EP due out in December of 2009, available on ITunes and at all his performances and a budding local following which seems to grow with the hours of the day, one thing is certain Colored Black and Blue is here to stay and if past performance is any indication of future success, it should be epic.
