Bio
Colt Wilbur is a country music artist from south central PA. He's been actively hitting stages in the Harrisburg area since May 2012. He's opened for Kix Brooks, Love and Theft, Josh Thompson, and in April, will open for the legendary David Allan Coe. He formed his band with drummer, Jason Purcell, guitarist, Joe Cin, and bassist, Ryan Frantz....all employees of Guitar Center in Harrisburg, PA where they all met and quickly formed friendships from their mutual love of music.
Colt follows a very traditional approach to country music, influenced by musical greats such as Waylon Jennings, Chris Knight, Jason Boland, and specifically, Johnny Cash. Colt sounds like a young modern day Johnny Cash.
He's been very successful in this area, and has recently debuted his new band to an overwhelmingly positive response! He's also recorded his first studio CD, which we've been diligently sending out all over the east coast.
