Bio
An acousitc rock band heavily influenced by Sister Hazel, Counting Crows, and Tim Mahoney. The harmonies and the way their voices blend together separate them from other bands.
Comfortable Silence was officially formed in the summer of 2002, although they have been playing together for almost 6 years. The band just completed their seven song demo with producer Dave Senne in December of 2002.
They have opened up for such bands as Blessed Union of Souls, Will Hoge and the up-and-coming Chris McCarty Band. Starting out in the music business is tough as all of you that have tried it or succeeded it know, Comfortable Silence just wants to make music for people who appreciate it and for those who don't, but appreciate the fact that they are making music.
