Bio
Comic Book Keith is a new original rock band which formed in Newport Rhode Island. Founding members Keith Pickard from outside Boston, and JP Carpenito, from Brooklyn, had been writing songs together for a few years. Last spring the duo stumbled upon the welcoming Newport Music Scene looking to form a band. Luckily the likes of Charlie Shea and Mikel Arambarri were there when they arrived. Stephen Silvia laterjoined the process to add percussion and his song arranging skills. The music has since taken on a vibrant energy highlighting the talents of this ensemble and allowing the natural chemistry amongst the band to shine.
