Commitment Bells

Broken down to it's most basic elements, Commitment Bells are Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, Time-Travel, Big Guitars, Sweet Vocal Stacks and Damn Good Songs. This five-piece ensemble from Nashville, TN, formed in the Spring of 2012 when lead singer and primary songwriter Charlie Hardin Murphey entered the studio to make a record of solo material. He emerged several months later, much to his surprise, with a full-fledged band, a bigger sound, and a handsome new swagger. With their debut album Time Will Fix It All, Commitment Bells attempt to jump into the ring with Indierock contemporaries such as Delta Spirit, Kings of Leon, Phosphorescent, Dawes and Pheonix. In doing so, they nail the landing. From the swirling drone cadence opening of "Invention", straight through to the barn-burning climax of "Summertime Bees" Time Will Fix It All delivers on Commitment Bells' ambition to create big-sounding Indierock without sacrificing quality in songwriting, with just the right amount of Southern Charm.
