Common Grounds, A pop punk/alternative band, founded in Los Angeles, CA
released their debut EP "No Sleep" on March 09, 2017, independently.
While writing and recording the record, the band released their single,
Something Greater on June 10, 2016 and received many positive responses.
Drummer, Dakota Martin and Vocalist Mikey Pennington were more determined and
focused than ever before on what was ahead of them and their new band.
"No Sleep" was written and recorded all while living in their van in
a parking lot in Los Angeles, CA. This was due to being scammed off
of Craigslist out of their home that they were supposed to live in. The
Vocalist, Bassist and Drummer in Common Grounds started the band With
experience in touring and playing shows all over California in previous
Post-Hardcore band Lost In Lights. Common Grounds is currently playing shows,
getting their name out there and their music heard. The band is
set to follow the last leg of the Vans Warped Tour spreading the word about the
band and promoting the new EP. Common Grounds are available to book select
shows.
