Common Response is a new breed of band. Born in 2003, they are a power trio that brings together key elements of grunge, blues and experimental rock to create a refreshing new sound that has begun to take the New York music scene by storm, filling venues like The Knitting Factory and CBGB. Yuri Velez (drums) and Jacob Eigen (bass) link tightly together to create a rhythmic explosion and a booming backbone for their front woman Dani Neff, whose unbelievable guitar shredding skills have been said to parallel "Jimmy Page getting poked by a cattle prod."
