Spearheaded by former guitarist/founding member of (the ahead of their time) Maneja Beto – Nelson Valente Aguilar along with Rene Chavez, Greñas, and Jeff Grauzer Como Las Movies uses a foundation of cumbia interspersed with a dash of jam rock, experimental scrapes, and cosmic space. Their upcoming single, Reynosa was produced by Latin wunderkind Adrian Quesada (Grupo Fantasma, Brownout, Natalia Clavier, David Garza, the Echocentrics).
