Complaints Dept. is a 3-piece from Hamburg, Germany which formed in October 2007 and consists of friends Olaf, Roman and Chris.
Roman and Chris met in local music clubs and soon found out about their musical similarities. After a while likeminded DJ and friend Olaf embarked on the idea of putting together a new band. After complaining so much about life in general and some music in particular, the bandname was born and the musical direction should steer away from what was already there, waking up from lethargy, channeling the frustration into productivity and raw musical power.
