Concrete Coffin

The band, "Concrete Coffin", was formed in 2002 with Joe (vocals), Tito (rhythm and lead guitar), Aki (rhythm and lead guitar), Ashwin (drums), and Ryu (bass). Since then Concrete Coffin has gone through a couple of lineup changes. Eric has been an integral part of the band since early 2004 replacing Ryu on bass while Baron has recently joined the "team of heavy" replacing master-soloist Aki. The band with its new lineup strives to create brutal & aggressive 80s style metal/thrash music that is catchy, modern & here to stay. The band wants their music to be an ultimate blend of the sounds of the early 80's metal bands like Slayer, Exodus, Vio-lence, Kreator, Metallica, and Megadeth that they were influenced by. The band is annoyed by the lack of musical talent and song writing ability in the current world of metal, especially in the "Nu-Metal" and "Death Metal" category. "Concrete Coffin" is here to prove to metal fans that old-school 80s thrash metal music can still have a relevant voice in the present world of metal. Now with over 10 songs on its setlist, the band is ready to start destroying metal crowds everywhere with its blend of bone-crunching riffs and catchy songs.
