"Tracii Guns Band - Hollywood Vampire takes Beertown"

"Their show wasn't bad at all...Brigham has to be a bastard child of Dave Mustaine....All songs performed were originals and pretty darn decent. Heavy however Brigham actually sings. It's a lovely thing to see."

-Cindy Steinle

[Note:Conniption was known as 'Wrath' until they changed their name due to legal issues] - Club Kingsnake

"Elimination round is set in Milwaukee!"

"Conniption had a hard act to follow but they are one of the best hard-rock bands I’ve heard in a while and Vnuk’s was really into their entire set. Great lead and solid back up vocals. Tight band all the way around. They have a great big Metallica sound. Good transition, good interaction with the crowd, confident on stage and good dynamics really raised the atmosphere even more."

-Jordan Howard

[Note:this was a 'battle of the bands' in which 9 great bands competed, and Conniption took 1st place] - Emergenza

Bio

Conniption has been performing live for about two years, and we have already opened for a few national acts including:
• Tracii Guns (aka L.A. Guns) - sharing the stage, after a battle of the bands, in which we took first
• Megadeth (the preshow for GIGANTOUR 2006 also including: Lamb of God, Opeth, Arch Enemy, Overkill, Into Eternity, Sanctity, and The Smashup).
Thanks again Bobby Blitz from "Overkill" for
personally checking our set!
• Hatebreed (The preshow for the MONSTERS OF MAYHEM TOUR also including: Exodus, Napalm Death, First Blood, The Black Dalia Murder, and Despised Icon).
Thanks Justin (promoter at the Rave) for hooking
us up after you heard us only once!
• ...and many more!! However, this site is about us, not who we played with!
