Connor Raus

Connor Raus can barely drive, but he sure can sing! A sixteen year old performing songwriter from Tulsa, OK, the same state that has birthed such artists as Hanson, The All American Rejects and The Flaming Lips!

Connor began formal piano lessons at age five, started playing guitar at age twelve and started performing in public at age eleven!

In January 2004, Connor and his band performed to a sold out crowd at The Knitting Factory’s main performance space in Los Angeles, CA. Connor has also performed at such venues as The Viper Room, The Key Club, The Whisky A-Go-Go and The Cat Club.

Connor has been featured as an opening act for such national recording artists as Jason Mraz, Jonny Lang, The Violent Femmes, The Flaming Lips, The Starlight Mints, Ben Kweller, Frodad (Brad Renfro), Gob Roberts (Tim Robbins), 311, and most recently Everlast!

Connor has been featured in The Tulsa World, Urban Tulsa, Los Angeles Times, The L.A. Weekly, Spin Magazine and CMJ!

Connor’s original song “Nothing At All” has been featured on KISS FM (Clear Channel) radio in Tulsa and Z104.5 The Edge (Shamrock Communications), as well as a few other Midwest stations!

Since Connor’s last full band performance in Los Angeles and his return to Tulsa, he has been performing intimate, in your face solo acoustic sets around town and will be bringing it back to the West Coast as well as a few performances in select venues on the East Coast very soon!
