Conor is an able guitarist who is influenced by a wide range of music, from jazz to hip hop, and many styles in between. He brings stories to the stage and finds interesting musical phrasing to bring his audience to new places. His music themes find their roots in life, relationships and his mind.
Conor was born in Stamford CT in 1992. His interest in music started at age 4 when he began taking piano lessons.
He began playing guitar at age 8 and has been playing for over nine years. He started writing music extensively last year and played extensively throughout Los Angeles, including headlining gigs at the legendary Key Club on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. He opened for Parachute and Kate Voegele in late 2011 and is touring for most of 2012.
His music has received strong interest from the independent film and television community. He is currently a taking a year off from Berklee School of Music, where he completed his freshman year.
His first EP is being mixed down and mastered currently and he is planning several videos to support his album launch. He is playing with George and Freddy Hill on tour this fall and next spring in schools across the United States and on several festival stages.
He has been selected by Verizon to write and record a song for a national campaign to support healthy relationships in 2011-12 and will go on a sponsored tour to support positive initiatives for High School students around the country.
He counts many great artists among his influences, including Dave Matthews, James Taylor, Tommy Emmanual, Tuck Andress and Third Eye Blind.
