Constanza Herrero may be unfamiliar to some as she formally released music under the moniker, Kota. She also joined the MTV Latin American award-winning band, Sixpack. Now releasing music under her own, Herrero appears powerful and in command.

Constanza Herrero is an Australian/Chilean singer, songwriter and actress that started her career 10 years ago in Chile at a young age, with the launch of her debut EP, (Actúa Hoy) under the artist name ‘Kota’, this led her to become part of the MTV Latin Music Award winning pop band ‘Six Pack’. Constanza debuted in the band singing at the prestigious ‘Viña del Mar International Song Festival’ in 2008. In that same year she earned the role of Antagonist in the TV Series ‘Karkú’ which was broadcast by Nickelodeon (Latin America).
After finishing high school, Constanza settled in Australia where she studied at the prestigious ‘Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts’ (WAAPA), graduating with a Bachelor of Music (Contemporary) and a Certificate in Musical Theatre.
Captivating audiences and playing sell-out shows in Australia, Constanza has also had the honor to perform for Prince Charles of Wales on his 67th birthday celebration in Western Australia and signing her original music at Telethon7 Australia.
Constanza launched her self-titled EP with a sold out concert at the famous music venue The Fly By Night (Fremantle) in November, 2017. The EP was recorded and produced in Australia by James Newhouse (WAM Award winner) and ir featured musicians that have played with household names such as Stevie Wonder and Shakira.
Writing and singing in English and Spanish, Constanza is passionate about using her voice to impact positively this world by addressing personal experiences and society issues that she finds the need to express her thoughts. Her Latin American roots combine with her pop, folk style to create her own unique brand of music.
