Bio
Consumned is a Progressive Death Metal band currently based out of Houston, Texas. Founded in 2004 by Calvin Dover and Joiner Dover, Consumned has gone through a number of line up changes until merging as a simple trio with Danish drummer Josua Madsen. In 2008, Consumned released their debut album "MANipulation" in which made #32 in the top 50 metal album charts of 2008 in Connecticut based radio station Metal Asylum Radio. After filming the "Incarnate Quarantine" video, Josua departed from the band due to personal issues. In January of 2009, Consumned contacted drummer Kevin Talley (Daath, ex-Dying Fetus, ex-Chimaira) who agreed to perform on their upcoming album "Behold A Pale Horse." New album cover is designed by Mike D'Antonio (Killswitch Engage) and James Murphy (ex-Death, ex-Obituary, ex-Testament) is laying down a guitar solo on one of the album tracks. In mid 2009, Duane Timlin (ex-Dying Fetus, ex-Divine Empire) officially joined Consumned as full time drummer. Consumned has also recently added a 2nd guitarist/vocalist named Jeremiah Shipley to the line up. Consumned is currently prepping for tour and finishing up the 2nd album.
