Copper Still Foundry is a 4 piece Wisco Rock outfit. Nominated for Madison, WI 2007 Rock Band of the Year (Madison Area Music Awards), CSF brings audiences into their blue collar rock and roll world with original music drawn from the experiences of everyday and not-so-everyday Midwestern life. Chris Wasmund(drums) and Pete Halbleib(guitar/vox), veteran Wisco Rockers who founded the sound ten years ago with former band, The Green Situation, have combined talents and tastes with Chad Cross(guitar/vox) (and Casey Hoeft(bass). With over three decades of combined experience Copper Still Foundry is no stranger to the live rock and roll arena. Joining forces from dead end dirt roads of the Northwoods, to the blue collar mills along Green Bay and the Fox Valley, to the rolling fields dipping from the Mississippi to Lake Michigan, CSF embodies the bedrock of the Middle Class and is the new back bone of roots rock and roll.

CSF plays original music but pulls influences from such bands as Drive By Truckers, the Drams, Centro-matic, Dinosaur Jr., Cracker, Allman Brothers Band, Greg Brown, Mojo Nixon, John Prine, Pearl Jam, Bob Dylan, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Alice in Chains, and Gov't Mule to name a few
