His first album, Parce quon vient de loin, has sold more than 1 million copies. He was nominated among the select group of singers under 30 to watch out for in Billboard magazine. Multiple award-winner and nominee at the MTV Europe awards, NRJ awards, Felix awards (ADISQ Quebec) and the Victoires de la Musique (France). He met with some of the biggest names in the music business like Sting and Lenny Kravitz. Corneille is a star in every sense of the word, especially in France, where he is now considered a celebrity. The past months have been truly eventful for Corneille as a songwriter, composer, performer, music arranger and producer. But equally for the child whose whole family was murdered during the genocide in Rwanda. Today Corneille is a Canadian citizen and he has recently launched his second album, Les Marchands de rêves, a refined soul production destined to get great international praise.
