"Fine form..."

"Fans of Lee Ritenour and Pat Metheny might find a new friend in Hungarian Cornelio Tutu whose new album Keep playing shows the guitarist in fine form." - www.dougla.com, Sweden

"Octave-based technic..."

"He was born in Hungary and honed his skillsin Budapest, but guitarist extraordinaire Cornelio Tutu is steeped in the American jazz and pop traditions.
Tutu's technique is reminiscent of the octave-based melodic style of Wes Montgomery..." - Guide for Rochester Int.Jazz Fest

"Pleasant start..."

"This young Hungarian guitar player from Budapest makes apleasant start of what appears to be his debut album.... Tutu is lucky in having a pianost like Zoltan Olah to provide such enlightened input and a fine rhythm section that quietly hits the mood and gives it that Latin feel what Tutu seems to favour... A fine CD and a name that we might hear more of..." - Ferdinand Maylin, www.jazzreview.com

"Keen sence of phrasing and direction..."

"Tutu's style is reminiscent of the great Hungarian guitarist Gabor Szabo. Tasteful and melodic with a keen of phrasing and direction...
It looks like there is a new guitar kid on the block and his name is Cornelio Tutu. Keep playing is a great initial release. With balance, sincerity and conviction, let's hope that future releases allow him to stretch out even further. His developing style as well as an ability to surround himself with talented musicians bodes well for him up and coming guitarist." - Randy McElligot, www.jazzreview.com
