Bio

True to the craft and love of music.
The Cosmos Harvesters were formed in the early 1990’s as the house band for Fox’s Knob Studio operated by Mitch McCauley, formally with the rock groups “The Beam” and “Gypsy”. James Terrell set in on guitar from 1994-1999. The studio closed in 2000, but reopened in 2006 and Todd Dixon formally with the rock band “Toyz” took up most of the guitar duties. Barry McCauley an award winning Bluegrass Bassist and former drummer with the rock band “The Occupants” has been there for each album. Mitch’s son Jacob McCauley has added backing vocals and some trombone work to their last two disk. Singer Kelly Basden recorded backing vocals on their latest CD. Release expected in October 2009.
