Country Mile is made up of several members who each have their own distictive personality. Their sound can be described as corn-fed country with a little bit of rock and roll.

Biography

Country Mile has been playing local shows as a country cover band but are writing original tunes in order to reach out to a broader audience. Each band member has their own musical influences which makes Country Mile a band that anyone would enjoy listening to. Their influences range from country to jazz, classical to rock, and everything in between. The band has been through several personal changes in the past few months and the current members believe that they have found their musical soul mates- a band that just "clicks". With singer/songwriter Pat Busey at the helm, the potential of Country Mile is limitless and their energy and devotion to each other is nothing short of astounding.

Discography

The band is currently writing and recorsing original songs. "Me and the Boys", a tune written and performed by lead singer Patrick Busey, has received radio airplay.

Set List

Country Mile can play a four-hour show comfortably with four sets that each typically run between 45 and 55 minutes long. The band tries to play songs that belong to the classic country era as well as the newer, more recent hits. Though the band has been a "cover band", original tunes are currently being written.
