Feeling a bit camera shy

Courtney is inspired by a wide range of musicians such as Neil Young, Cat Stevens, Angie Hart, Ani Difranco and The Waifs.
Courtney started performing in South Australia in 2003 but has now gone on the road - first stop Western Australia. A natural story teller, Courtney's honest, thoughtful lyrics have the power to connect with people from all walks of life and her natural stage presence is warm and inviting.
Courtney has supported such artists as The Yearlings & The Liars Bench playing at renowned Adelaide venues such as The Wheatsheaf, The Grace Emily, The Exeter and The Prince Albert Hotel, as well as holding a residency at The Daniel O'Connell Hotel during 2005. In early 2006, Courtney was invited to join the lineup at Scorcher Fest. Drawing a large crowd at this annual all ages festival, Courtney's reputation continues to gain momentum.
To cap off a busy year, Courtney has recently completed work on her debut album, “Unarmed”. Enlisting the help of a handful of Adelaide musicians to contribute to this long awaited album, she has managed to produce a beautifully crafted debut.
In all, Courtney is a unique performer who should not be missed and won't be quickly forgotten.
