Formed in late January of 2009, Cowboys was the brain child of Ed Razor as a tribute to his friends Dime and Vinnie... His Vision was simple, to recreate what it was like to be at a PANTERA show!!! Now was the time, seeing as he had already toured the world and finally had the time to pursue an idea he had on the back burner for quite some time.
Pantera were the kings of metal from the early 90's to 2003. This is our tribute to the kings. We are going to recreate what it was like to be at a Pantera show!!!! With monster stage set-ups, sound, and lighting. Be prepared to be taken back to the days when Pantera ruled the world!!! With band members like Ed Razor formerly of Pissing Razors, Ministry, and his years of drumming will re-create the powerful grooves of Pantera. With our secret weapon Earnest "Nickelbag" on guitars, emulating "Dimebags" powerful riffs and solo's. Matt on vocals brings the raw power of Pantera's lyrics to life. Throw in Geo with his solid bluesy power grooves holding it all together the way Rex did for the kings of metal!!! Put it all together and you have "Cowboys From Hell Paso"!!
Backed by the legends own Widow Rita "Lady Dime" and Ride For Dime. Cowboys From Hell Paso plan to take this monster show on the road, bringing the authenticity of Pantera with it.
