Bio

By fusing the roots of the blues with the sing song of pop and throwing in gospel, country, and rock just for good measure, they are creating music for today’s listener that reminds us of what we loved from the past – great music with a lot of soul!“Coy Bowles performs with a finesse and style that is rare in Atlanta these days. He combines rock, pop, blues, and soul, with a voice that is as smooth live as it is on disc. It's refreshing to see an artist heading in this direction, with the musical chops to back it up”. Josh Rifkind Manger of The Whigs and Open Mic Madness 2005

Holding it all together is front-man, Coy Bowles, a charismatic performer who sings as if his life depends on it. Whether he’s driving the groove on piano or guitar, this multi-instrumentalist is a man on a mission. “Coy Bowles has the perfect mix of soul, rock and jam to grab anyone’s attention from the moment he walks on stage,” Brandon Mize, Rival Entertainment.

Coy Bowles and The Fellowship have played Atlanta venues such as Smith's Ole Bar, Northside Tavern, and Five Spot. They have performed festivals such as Bragg Jam 2006, Virginia Highlands Festival, and Taste of Atlanta 2006. Coy has also opened for national acts such as Patterson Hood of the Drive By Truckers and James McMurtry
“"Multi-instumentalist Coy Bowles and his band the Fellowship bring back what's missing in today's popular music, Soul! This new Atlanta band has something to say and sings about it. Watch out for these guys, they are good." Brad Broadrick, Rock Solid Entertainment.
