"Matt Diamond"

"Craig Robertson combines some of the most in depth and personally touching music I've come across to date. It's very hard to pin-point just what exactly he was thinking while writing these songs, which makes his songcraft that much more appealing. Songs of love, songs of confusion and songs of longing make Craig's homefelt recipes feel like they were cooked right in your own kitchen. Think Elliott Smith shakes hands with Jeff Tweedy and you're close. These folk rock songs make you want to light a candle and ask everyone to knock first, because you're spending time with an old friend" - Host, 'The New Rock at 9', 94.9 The Rock

"Pete Walker"

"...Challenging, yet accessible ...moves the head and the hips ...Craig's tunes have that rare combination of qualities - honesty and integrity combined with that poppy-folky accessibility that you'd get from artists like Jeff Tweedy" - Music Director, KX96FM

Bio

The Ramps are Craig Robertson, Rich Jochelson and Joe Graham. The threesome combine to create a sound that weaves melodic bass lines, driving drums and minimalist guitars. Along with Craig's crooning vocals, it's infectious, inventive and accomplished.

Recent performances include showcasing at The Funhaus during the NXNE Festival, playing Toronto's Legendary Horseshoe Tavern and holding a hugely successful CD-Release Party at Clinton's in Toronto. They've also copped an opening slot for Thornley with the Molson Canadian Rockstar Event in Oshawa.
