Bio

In Scotland's North-East corner of the world, along the Moray Firth coast, lies the tiny fishing village that is Portsoy. Famous for it's 300 year old harbour, marble and of course, ice-cream. This is where Craig was raised and started his journey towards his success as a singer/songwriter.

Growing up in such a close community has contributed greatly in shaping the person Craig has become. Always keen to meet new people and make everyone feel at ease in his presence, it's no wonder that his mission is to unite the world through his passion for music. Craig's influences come from all around him and through sharing his experiences he hopes to connect with all who listen to his music.

Desperate to carve out a place in the music industry for himself, Craig moved to Aberdeen in 2005 to study music, performing and the industry. During his 4 years there he formed the original Craig Souter Band with fellow students, set up his own record label - Pep Records, and created his first EP (to name a few things). Craig was then given the opportunity to finish his studies in Edinburgh when offered a direct entry into the 3rd year of the BA (Hons) Popular Music course at Napier University.

'Auld Reekie' (Edinburgh) has been kind to Craig and has allowed him to record his debut album 'Via Dolorosa,' provided many outlets for him to showcase his talents and network with many industry professionals.

The future's looking bright with his second album being recorded, many more performances, awards and touring :)

"Be the change you wish to see in the world."
