Bio

Crash! Radio is a four piece pop-punk band originating from Burlington, Ontario and Woodbridge, Ontario. The group is made up of Michelle Cavaleri, (vocals) Aidan Robson, (bass) Brad Dekker, (guitar) and Robert Birse (drums).

The band started off with Robert, a former bass player and they're former lead singer. Together, they created Coast. After the band was introduced to Aidan at The Sound Of Music Festival, they invited him in to be in the band as their rhythm guitarist. The band's name soon changed from Coast to These City Lights. These City Lights was very involved in the Burlington Music scene, and was playing numerous shows throughout the city.

Shortly after, These City Lights replaced their lead singer with Michelle, and introduced Brad as the band's lead guitarist. Once our bass player had left the band, Aidan replaced his position. The four went on to form the band of Crash! Radio.

Our main influences consists of The Beatles, We Are Bravest, The Maine, Mayday Parade, All Time Low, Avril Lavigne and Taylor Swift.

The members of Crash! Radio all have different musical preferences. Michelle is influenced by musicians like Taylor Swift and Avril Lavigne. While Aidan perfers more of a pop-punk sound, Robert enjoys modern rock, and Brad is influenced by classic rock artists such as The Beatles and Eric Clapton. Having a mixture of different varieties of music, Crash! Radio creates a unique sound that all people can relate to.

Our sound is a mixture of pop and punk music. Crash! Radio is always writing original material. The Band has a new EP coming out in September including four original songs.

The band is now playing shows all throughout the Greater Toronto Area and is doing everything they can to get their music into the public. They hope to fulfill their dreams and are working hard everyday in order to become the best musicians they can be.
