crazy dumbsaint is an eclectic outfit from Portland, Oregon, something like a combination of Radiohead, Tom Waits and King Crimson. Drawing on a wide range of styles and influences including progressive rock, Americana, psychedelic rock, and electronica, they are a band that challenges convention while still remaining accessible to the public. Their music can be described as mathematical, dissonant, dark, and melancholy, yet retaining a subtle sense of humor. With members from Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, and even England, their sound is as diverse as their backgrounds.

crazy dumbsaint is currently completing their first LP, Mortville, recorded by Adam Pike, bassist for the Mediam and the Greater Midwest and sound engineer at the Ash Street Saloon in Portland. Following their debut release, the Sunset EP, they established themselves as a reputable local act, playing at Towne Lounge, Satyricon, Tonic Lounge, Acme, Ash Street Saloon, Ground Kontrol, and Studio 415 as well as Luckeys in Eugene and Le Voyeur in Olympia.
