Creekside

73 & Creekside is an unsigned hip hop group that formed in 2005. November 16th 2006 they released their first demo; "Get Ya Mind Rite Vol. 1". 1000 copies were passed out throughout Charleston and other cities in South Carolina. The beats weren't the best around but that demo gave them the oppurtunity to meet Lil E; a beatmaker that liked their lyrics so much, he was willing to supply them with some of the best beats in the area. At this point, with the right beats and alot of dedication to be successful in the music business, they saved up enough money to produce their second demo, and on April 23, 2007 "Get Ya Mind Rite Vol. 2" was released. Again, they passed out 1000 copies throughout South Carolina. The feedback from "Get Ya Mind Rite Vol. 2" was outstanding. Then they started doing live performances. This is when they met up with Nick Wynn; a video producer that liked the music he was hearing and offered to do video production for Creekside. After the good feedback from "Get Ya Mind Rite Vol. 2" they began workin on Teflon's solo album, "Walkin N The Rain". Once again the feedback was outstanding. This album was distributed throughout record stores in Charleston, South Carolina and quickly made Creekside the #1 BESTSELLING UNSIGNED ARTISTS in the Charleston area and gave them the oppurtunity to head to Cleveland, Ohio to perform at Phantisy Night Club. With all of that now under their belts, they began to realize that their fan base has grown larger than they expected. Show after show just began to get bigger and bigger. In the meantime they began working on the fouth album produced by Creekside Productions "Puttin N Work". It was released June 25, 2008 for promotional use only. Creekside is now an independent record lable and an official ASCAP member, trademarked, and copyrighted.
