Bio

"Roll with te best or get rolled over!" This has become a living creed of lyricist extroadianaire Creme. She's sultry, sleek, drop dead gorgeous, she's mysterious and her aura demands your attention. Hailing from the streets of Detroit, Mi to attending private schools in Los Angeles, CA to inhaling the intimate airs of Bloomington, IL we introduce to some and present to others La Creme de la Creme!

On November 11, 1980 life gave us Sameerah Marrel but with the bumps and bruises to come, lessons learned and time served the streets gave us back Creme. Creme started out as many have making talent shows and friends her audience. With the adrenaline rush she felt from the cheering she knew that she was destined to be a female MC. IN 1999, at 18 years old with only a demo an four hundred dollars Creme put her ambition into overdrive and headed to Atlanta, Ga not knowing what was in store. There she met an worked with producers Jazzy Pha, T-Mix from Sauve House as well as auditioned for Ludacris's no hit single, "What's your Fantasy" allowing her name to become known on the music scene. Creme spent two years in Atlanta polishing her skills adn working with local producers. In 2001 Creme signed a two year contract wit independant label How You Love That Records. She immediately released a compilation album wit her labelmates, which reached to number 2 on the billboard charts. After touring the Southeast Region Creme was back in Atlanta to work on her debut album "Phenomenal Woman" with hot tracks like " I Can't Believe","You Can Do It", "Gangsta", and an all time favorite, "Wacth Out" , which is a warning to female MC in the music industry to "Elevate ya Game", because Creme is here to take over!
