Crimson Roots

Formed in 2006, Crimson Roots has progressively grown and morphed by touching on a wide variety of styles and ideas. Through excessive rehearsals and writing, to the point where friends and family started to worry, these 3 players have created something truly original and powerful. Blending blazing lead guitar work, thunderous and mezmerizing drums, progressive and funky bass lines, and a soulful voice, Crimson Roots has all the ingredients to lift an audience to euphoric bliss and then bring them crashing down into headbanging frenzy all in the same song. These 3 players hold a combined experience of almost 30 years of musical training and it clearly shows.
Now in a new chapter of their careers the fellas from Vancouver's own Crimson Roots look to broaden their appeal and influence with the birth of a musician's cooperative organization called The Drawn Copper Cooperative. Aiming to create a scene for up and coming bands the to use the huge bank of resources that a large group of musicians bring forth, the future is looking very, very bright for Crimson Roots.
