Cris Gunther

CRIS GUNTHER is an #ARTFORFREEDOM Fighter, American Recording Artist and Actor. His single, "NEVER GIVE UP" was chosen by MADONNA to be a daily feature in her global, arts initiative, #ARTFORFREEDOM. It was the first song and music video to be selected out of thousands of thought provoking, inspirational works of art. CRIS was also chosen to perform in a SONGWRITER'S HALL OF FAME NEW ARTIST SHOWCASE in New York City by Lady Gaga and Lana Del Rey's first manager, Bob Leone (Lady Gaga was featured in another one of the other showcases, before her rise to stardom). He's trained with vocal coach to the stars, Don Lawrence, whose clients have included Bono (U2), Mick Jagger (Rolling Stones), and Christina Aguilera. He's also been photographed by world-famous photographer, STEVEN MEISEL for ITALIAN VOGUE and appeared in an American T.V. movie and two Brazilian T.V. commercials. GUNTHER recently hit #1 on REVERB NATION's Pop Chart for Belo Horizonte, Brazil, cracked the national Top 5, and recorded a performance for the international music franchise, BALCONY TV, that has seen famous artists such as Mumford & Sons, Ed Sheeran, The Script, Jessie J and Kimbra all record episodes before launching internationally. CRIS GUNTHER's also being promoted by Brazil's most famous, pop radio station, JOVEM PAN, and his upcoming, ANCHOR AND WINGS album project was funded by KICKSTARTER (the world's largest fundraising platform for creative projects) and is set for a full release by January 27, 2015!
