Real Name: Jermaine Campbell. Born In Atchison, Kansas The Home Of Amelia Earhart Famous Woman Pilot Lost At Sea In The Early 1900's.

Crucial Grew Up In The Kansas Area During The Time Of School Education. During The Summer Time He Lived In The Bay Area Of California With Family.

Crucial First Started Doing Music In Junior High School . He Recorded A Track Called It Don't Stop In 1993 With His Close Friend Dee. This Song Was Recorded Professionally In Mr. Al Duckworth's Studio Located In Leavenworth, Ks. Mr Duckworth Has Done Music With Professional Groups Such As The Bloodstones.

Crucial's First Real Opportunity Came In The Early 1990's. A Demo Was Sent To SBK Records, Now Known As Virgin Records & Recieved A Great Review And Reply By The Company. The Offered Opportunity Was Not Pursued At That Time.

In The High School Years Crucial Continued To Do His Music By Performing In Many Talent Shows, And School Functions In The Area. He Was Also Involved In Acting Competitions During This Time For Around 3 Years.

In 1996 Crucial Entered The U.S. Millitary. He Went To Boot Camp In Fort Jackson South Carolina And Soon After Went To Kuwait For A Combat Mission. At This Time No Recordings Were Done, But He Did Travel Around A lot Visiting 10 Countries During The Millitary Years. At This Time Crucial Did Shows In Some Of These Areas With A Group Of Friends From Atlanta, Ga.

After The Middle East And European Times Crucial Moved To Hawaii & Quickly Began To Work On Music Professionally Again.

In 1997 Crucial Recorded A Track Called Outlaw. This Song Was Played On The Local Hawaiian Station Hot I-94 In A Pump It Or Dump It Slot. Great Response Was Given To This Song And Many Opportunities Opened Up For Him. Due To Personal Matters The Music Career Was Stopped At This Point For The Next 4 Years.

In 2001 Crucial Recorded A Local Project Called Eternal Soldier In The Midwest Area. This C.D. Featured Songs Such As The Album Title, Holla, And I'm A Soldier. The Album Was Distributed Locally To Mostly Friends & Family.

In 2004 Crucial Recorded An Underground Album Entitled Family Matters. This Featured Many Midwest Artist Including Crucial's Cousin Lil Ran. This C.D. Was Never Released.

Currently The Dream Is Becoming Reality. Upcoming Mix C.D. Through HittMix Volume 1 Will Include Crucial's New Club Joint Bumpen! This Album Will Feature Over 10 Artist From All Over The Country. This C.D. Insist Of R&B, Hip-Hop, & More. Look For This Album In September 2008!
