Biography

Christina Signorile and The Fever

Fresh, innovative and unique, Christina Signorile expresses her musical vision through her intricate writing and performing. With every verse and chorus, Signorile displays undeniable strength and artistry. Singing, writing and performing, Signorile emerged onto the music scene at the tender age of fifteen. She recorded her first EP “Scream” in 2002, consciously aware of the work it takes to make a dream a reality. Signorile’s second EP “Taken Away” was recorded in 2004. It was in 2006 that she hit her groove with her third EP “All She Wanted”. By the age of 20, Signorile was playing with noted musicians and industry professionals, including bass player Scott Hogan. Soon after, Signorile met guitar player Michael Calabrese, an accomplished and recognized musician in and throughout the tri-state area. Subsequently, after combining an innovative sound with unique inspired collaboration, fresh new material emerged. As a result, Signorile and Calabrese formed Taboo Records, Inc. which financed and produced Signorile’s fourth CD “The Way She Moves”?. A true masterpiece, this EP combines the musical talent of all the current members of Signorile’s band: a fusion of Hard Rock, Funk, Pop and Jazz.

Scott Hogan, Bass Guitar. Hogan is a musician’s musician. He has been a working bassist since the age of fifteen and also performs with his own original band, Sugar Groove. In 2008, Hogan released a CD “Beneath the Sun”? where he not only wrote all the songs, but played guitar, piano and bass as well. Several songs from that CD have been sold to various markets. Hogan also toured for four years with the pop band Hanson.

Scott Winchell, Drums. Winchell's musical path started twenty years ago when he discovered the art of drumming through the guidance of skillful teachers and distinguished mentors. Learning styles such as Funk, R&B, Jazz, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Rock, Hip-hop and Heavy Metal have broadened his skills as a musician and expanded his identity as a player. Winchell's professionalism, infectious energy and passion for music are evident in his ability to play in any musical situation, breaking new boundaries in his playing along the way.

Lyrics

Beautiful Train Wreck

Written By: Christina Signorile

Said it's not right
when I take off my face
said it feels like
oh I've been misplaced
and I don't know why
but I feel this way
can you help me?
I need to get away
can I get away

'Cause anywhere she goes
they follow
don't you know you need to be
the perfect body, the little angel
oh that they want you to be

It's in the papers
oops she did it again
all these people
they just want an in
she don't know why
but she feels this way
can you help her
she needs to get away
can she get away?

'Cause anywhere she goes
they follow
don't you know you need to be
the perfect body, the little angel
oh that they want you to be

Oh they want to see you
Oh they want to be you
Oh they want to see you
but they don't know

Anywhere she goes
they follow
don't you know you need to be
the perfect body, the beautiful train wreck
oh that they want to see

Burn

Written By: Christina Signorile

Can you hear me, where I am?
I've seemed to lost ground oh once again
I'm a little bit angry, a bit disturbed
can you tell me what I deserve?

Well I was content, I played in my own mind
the decisions that I made, oh they felt right
but I keep on trying and I keep keep thinking
and I'll never forget those words you said.

I waited for you
I wanted nothing but you
I waited for you
I watched you burn

So come on, let me come out and play again
I want to hear all you're saying to the wind
and you're feeling like you lost a love oh
well I lost everything that I can think of
and I keep on writing and I keep keep thinking
when will it end and then you said.

I waited for you
I wanted nothing but you
I waited for you
I watched you burn

I watched you burn away

No More Pictures

Written By: Christina Signorile

No more pictures of you, no more pictures of me
we're falling behind, we're falling between
I'm gonna close my eyes and count to ten twice
now I'm thinking of you and I'm thinking of me

What is it that I've been missing, oh, since you went away
All and all it's just me sitting alone, in my room, thinking of you
and I dunno what to do

I don't know what to say, I'm trying to get through oh I'm trying to get through
and I don't know where to begin, I'm trying to get through, oh I'm trying to get through to you

I sit back and I wait
or the moment to come and take my place
Now I'm trying to get into your mind
but I'm feeling now like I've lost the fight

What is it that I've been missing, oh, since you went away
All and all it's just me sitting alone, in my room, thinking of you
and I dunno, what can I do?

I don't know what to say, I'm trying to get through oh I'm trying to get through
and I don't know where to begin, I'm trying to get through, oh I'm trying to get through to you

Oh my stomach hurts, my head aches
from all this tears, I cried for your sake
and I don't know why I give you my time
but I've lost my nerve to try to now

I don't know what to say, I'm trying to get through oh I'm trying to get through
and I don't know where to begin, I'm trying to get through, oh I'm trying to get through to you
You don't know what you do, I'm trying to get through oh I'm trying to get through
and I don't know what to do, I'm trying to get through oh but I can't reach you

'Cause I've lost my nerve to try to now

The Way She Moves

Written By: Christina Signorile

She can't see you
for who you truly are
I can't feel your arms
around me anymore

The heart never fails to let you know
just how far its willing to go
You'll never know how it felt
'Cause I can't love you if I can't love myself

and the way she moves he said
it takes me back to the time we spent
and the way she moves he said
I don't ever want to forget

When darkness awaits you
and you've lost the fight
the door that I scream to
won't give me peace of mind

The heart never fails to let you know
just how far its willing to go
You'll never know how I felt
'Cause you can't love me if you can't love yourself

and the way she moves he said
it takes me back to the time we spent
and the way she moves he said
I don't ever want to forget

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah

and the way she moves he said
it takes me back to the time we spent
and the way she moves he said
I don't ever want to forget

and the way she moves he said
it takes me back to where we began
and the way she moves he said
I don't ever want to forget
